The dtSearch PDF Search Highlighter is a free plug-in for Adobe Reader that makes it possible for dtSearch and other search programs to highlight hits in retrieved documents inside Adobe Reader X.
The plug-in works with web sites to highlight hits in PDF files after a search. If a web site that you use to search PDF files has been updated to work with this plug-in, then you can just install the plug-in and leave the default settings in place.
